2017 Physics and Technology Female students internship opportunities

 The laser physics and spectroscopy group at the physics departrment, University of Nairobi is offering opportunities for science and technology challenges for a period of two months during the 2017 long vacation to FEMALE students doing PHYSICS related courses. 

Who can apply? FIRST, SECOND and THIRD year female students who will be on vacation between June and August 2017 and who are enrolled in the following programs at the University of Nairobi:  

  • B.Sc. (I20) [ONLY STUDENTS TAKING PHYSICS UNITS ARE ELIGIBLE]
  • B.Sc. in Microprocessor Technology & Instrumentation (I39)
  • B.Sc. in Astronomy and Astrophysics (I44)

Participants will be expected to choose or initiate a project in one of the following areas:

  • SCIENCE
  • TECHNOLOGY
