The physics department has been able to develop a sign language to audio translator glove systems for helping those that have a hearing impairment through the help of one of our students who finished the Microprocessor technology and instrumentation course. Mr Roy Allela who has been able to be recognized by the head of state and were runners up in the Royal Academy of Engineering Africa Prize for inventors. Currently he is running a company by the name of sign-io.
